Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead team-building games with students.
- Supervise student groups during trips, engaging them in outdoor land and water activities.
- Ensure safety and enjoyment through collaboration with team members.
- Conduct briefings, manage logistics, and resolve issues during trips.
- Promote teamwork, eco-consciousness, and personal growth by connecting local nature to global issues.
- Thailand Nationals only; fluent in English and Thai.
- Experience in outdoor education and working with international students.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Previous experience leading student groups or outdoor trips.
- First Aid certification (required); Wilderness First Aid or other outdoor certification preferred.
