Both certifications are awarded by Paddle UK, one of the world’s most respected authorities in paddlesport training and assessment. These achievements are a testament to the professionalism, resilience and dedication of our team.
We are incredibly proud of Noel and Beh for their commitment to professional development. This is not only about teaching children how to paddle. It is about setting a new benchmark of excellence across the business, supporting our safety culture and lifting the confidence and capability of the entire team.
With their new qualifications, they will be leading by example, mentoring and training other outdoor educators across the organisation to ensure consistent standards and best practices are shared.
